HOTEL POLICIES

BODY TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENTS

* Body temperature measurements will be taken at all check-ins. If someone has a fever (temperature of 37.6 or more), they will not be allowed to stay at the hotel.
The stay will be scheduled for a later date or a voucher will be provided for the credit paid.

MASCARAS

* The use of masks in public areas is mandatory as established in DECREE No. 33,737, of September 12, 2020.

RECEPTION

* Check-In from 14: 00hs.
* The daily rates end at 12:00.

*Reception > Opening hours are from 07:00 to 22:00. Check in after 22:00 will be received by the hotel security.

IMPORTANT

* Upon arrival the key to the apartment and the key to the safe will be delivered

We do not charge for the safe service, only in case of loss of the key we will charge R $ 20.00

The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged objects that may occur with your belongings while you are staying

In case of loss of the key of the apt will be charged an amount of R $ 30.00
* At the reception we provide towels to be used on the beach or by the pool.
* Pets are not allowed.
* We have a mini shop with cosmetics and some games available from reception

CHILDREN'S POLICY

* Children up to 6 years old who share their parents' room, sleeping in a cot or hammock, do not pay. From 7 to 16 years will be charged additional

VISITS

During this pandemic period, unfortunately, we do not accept outside visitors to the hotel or restaurant.

The Hotel reserves the right to admit or not visitors, always aiming at the exclusivity and comfort of its guests.

CLEANING

* Room cleaning is done every day. Next to the door there is a sign for information if you want cleaning or do not disturb.

RESTAURANT

* Opening hours for lunch and dinner are from 11:00 to 22:00.

* Breakfast hours are served from 07:30 to 10:00.
During this pandemic period, breakfast will be served individually at your table. Buffet breakfast will not be available

*Swimming pool > Opening hours are from 8am to 8pm

* Cork rate > if guests want to bring and consume their own drinks outside the hotel, a fee of R $ 70.00 per bottle of Whiskey and R $ 30.00 per bottle of wine will be charged.

SPA and EXCURSIONS

* We are currently offering a limited spa service to ensure your health and safety
* We offer tours, buggy and ATV and boat. Make an appointment with reception

NON-SMOKING

* All accommodation and environments in the hotel are non-smoking, smoking is allowed only in the smoking area.
* All rooms and balconies are non-smoking.

In case of non-compliance, a fine of R $ 300.00 will be charged
